Happiness Guarantee We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products we sell.
Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@copperbracelet.org before the 14-day period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs for cancellations under this right are the responsibility of the customer, and we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if we arrange the return on your behalf.
General Returns (All Customers) Outside of the EU cancellation right, our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. All returns require authorisation — please email hello@copperbracelet.org before sending anything back.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at hello@copperbracelet.org and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email hello@copperbracelet.org to arrange an exchange.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your card provider or bank as processing times vary. If you still have an issue, contact us at hello@copperbracelet.org.
Return Shipping Contact us first at hello@copperbracelet.org for return instructions. Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.
